How long does shipping take?

We offer two shipping options at checkout. Economy shipping typically arrives in 5-8 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3-4 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before they ship.

All subscriptions will have free economy shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

If you're a subscriber, shipping is always free - on every order, every time. For one-time purchases, shipping is calculated at checkout.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. No signature required at delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

TIES is currently only available for customers within the United States.
