The TIES 90-Day Guarantee

Our mission is simple: You should feel good about choosing TIES Foundations.

If you order a 3-month supply or longer and it is not right for you, we will refund the full purchase price within 90 days of delivery, as long as it was bought directly from our website.

To request a refund, email support@allourties.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• The product name
• A brief note on why you are requesting a refund

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.

This guarantee applies to your first purchase of TIES Foundations made directly through our website. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers are not eligible.

We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of this policy, as permitted by law.

Preconception health is personal. If Foundations is not the right fit, we respect that.
